What is my purpose? Who am I? How do I find myself?
Bufo Alvarius puts the part of our brain to sleep that's responsible for our Ego. When this happens, we experience an Ego dissolution that only otherwise happens when our physical body dies. In an Ego dissolution, you experience yourself as you truly are. In fact, there is no "you" to experience. A single Bufo session often results in being "born again", a deep connection to Source/God, and many other ineffable spiritually transformative experiences.

At the core of our beingness is love; that's who we are. Yet that beautiful love we are is often buried underneath years of conditioning and traumatic/painful experiences. Our conditioning and trauma creates the filters through which we see the world and ourselves. These experiences begin shortly after birth and continue through the remainder of our lives. This is how our Ego forms and grows.
Bufo Alvarius allows us to let go of what no longer serves us in a way that no other healing work can. And when we begin to heal the deep wounds of life, we begin to align with and embody our essence.

Quote from a medical study related to Bufo Alvarius, "Relative to baseline, ratings of satisfaction with life and convergent thinking significantly increased right after intake and were maintained at follow-up 4 weeks later. Ratings of mindfulness also increased over time and reached statistical significance at 4 weeks. Ratings of depression, anxiety, and stress decreased after the session, and reached significance at 4 weeks. Participants that experienced high levels of ego dissolution or oceanic boundlessness during the session displayed higher ratings of satisfaction with life and lower ratings of depression and stress." What is a Bufo Alvarius Ceremony Like?
This video was recorded at Adam's (our Medicine Minster) first Bufo experience in 2019. It was to be used for a documentary on the Medicine. We hope that this gives you a better “Feeling” of your upcoming Bufo experience and how sacred this beautiful medicine is.
